Width:

0.92m total width

0.84m usable widthTotal quantity of sheets to order must include the overlapping of each sheet with the next one that can be 10% to 25% of the surface to cover:- Depends on the wind, the roof slope, and if the length of the roof slope takes one or several sheets. - The overlapping on the sheet sides is already deducted in the usable width in the above table. - 10% overlapping corresponds to a roof with only one sheet for the entire roof slope, in a location with normal wind, and a minimum of 30% roof slope. - 25% overlapping corresponds to a roof with several sheets for the entire roof slope, in a location with strong winds, and less than 30% roof slope. Thickness is an important factor for strength and durability.
Minimum recommended thickness: Gauge 26, equivalent to 0.457mm
When supplying sheets to repair existing roofs, be careful to ensure pattern of corrugations is compatible.- In most cases, the width of one corrugation is 76mm. Sheets are coated with zinc or with aluminium/zinc galvanisation. As alternative plain aluminium sheets can be supplied in very high corrosive environment.
Ridge: Made of the same material as the roof sheets.
Gutters: It is recommended to use rustproof metallic gutters rather than PVC gutters.
Specification
